Smart Kheti is part of KRIBHCO’s ongoing initiative to uplift and educate farmers across India. This 10-day shoot was designed to empower farmers by demonstrating how they can achieve maximum yield with minimal resources. The film introduces them to modern farming technologies and advanced techniques to improve both the quality and quantity of their crops.

Filmed across four states to capture diverse agricultural practices, Smart Kheti also includes a dramatized segment shot in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, bringing authenticity and relatability to the story. Despite numerous challenges, the film was well-received, winning the second prize from the Ministry.

Primarily made for Indian farmers, the film was produced in Hindi and later dubbed in English for international audiences, reinforcing KRIBHCO’s mission to promote sustainable, efficient farming practices.
